Recipe 4. Bukhara Rice

INGREDIENTS:

I onion {make it puree)

dry lemon 2-3

bay leaves few

oil 2 tbsp

salt according to taste

green cardamon fews

turmeric 1 tsp

white pepper powder 2tsp

black pepper powder 2tsp

all spice powder 1tsp

long pepper 2 make it powder 

carrots one cup

raisins one cup 

chicken or mutton stock 2 cups 

one tomato puree

rice 2 cup

water if u need 1 cup 

RECIPE:  

Take a pan add 2 tbsp oil heat it and then add onion puree cook for couple of minutes don't make it dark brown just dry a little water of onion then add all the spices mentioned above then add carrots julienne cut and then add black raisins then add tomato puree and cook for few minutes then add chicken or mutton stock 2 cups and add rice and add 1 cup water and let it cook until it dry and cover and let it steam for 10 minutes then your rice is ready .you can serve this dish with dry mutton and raita and salad .
