Recipe:

Ingredients:

 2 cups of chana daal (split beans)

4 cups of water

2 tablespoon of oil

medium sized onion chopped. 

8 green chilies 

1 tomato

1 teaspoon cumin seeds 

1 teaspoon black pepper 

1 teaspoon turmeric 

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon coriander powder 

1 teaspoon all spice 

2 tablespoon ginger garlic paste

2 tablespoon water

shan daal masala 

 

Recipe:

1)  take a pan and put 4 tablespoons of oil

2)  heat it

3)  add one medium sliced onion (cook onion until it gets a light brown color)

4)  add 8 green chilies

5)  add one medium sliced tomato 

                       mix 

6)  add 1 teaspoon of  cumin seeds 

7)  add 1 teaspoon black pepper, 1 teaspoon turmeric, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon coriander powder, 1 teaspoon all spice, 2 tablespoon ginger garlic paste, and finally add 2 tablespoon of water

8) and last, but least, add 1 tablespoon of shan daal masala powder.

let it cook for few minutes and then dish out and enjoy with homemade chapatti.
